I'm extremely pleased at the proceeds going to SPLC and the matching donation. Hopefully, the guitar will be on display at a suitable location like the R&R HOF for fans to catch a glimpse of it and not just within a private collection.

It should not be treated as a relic! It needs to be played! That is what Jerry Garcia would have wanted for it!
