We have tons of them around here but I've never seen one still for more than a second. Very cool.

I love those little guys. I've never seen anything like this. I have three feeders in the back yard for them. They're pretty territorial when it comes to their feeders.
Is this something you have in your yard, or somewhere nearby?

They would be chasing each other away more than any actually perching on that fountain.
The video indicates these were in the Los Angeles area and looking at the coloring, they might be Allen's.
