to say they are ready for this and beyond emotional responses. . Sometimes they use their phones pretending they are getting a call and snap that's how they deal with it . The support for them comes through the phone and others holding them up via communication so no person needs to call it out in person the call out is on the phone and doesn't involve the racists. Want the manager to know ?send it to them via the phone or anonymous and that is not to say there isn't an internal emotional response obviously that's happening but no direct interaction with the racist because you see they have all kinds of excuses like you are new here when uou are not
So they are racists enough to do this with families not just say in work relations with adults but in the general market with children as witnesses. Imagine how the kids could not see It, yes the kids see it of course and call it out they are not stupid
She tells about her daughter being upset and her age is 10
They have always been there now with Trump it will be worse they will get stupid squared
