1. No "groundwork" can undercut the FBI's solid history and reputation that leaders admire worldwide.

There is no undermining Mueller, who is a god in the FBI, the longest serving since Hoover, and who has the full weight of investigative, intel, foreign language, forensic, analytic, legal and prosecutorial expertise working with him.

Robert Mueller and the FBI will not be moved.
