Two excellent PBS series from the 80's; "Ethics in America" & "The Constitution, ..,.
That Delicate Balance"
The following link leads you to a YouTube page containing a playlist of both series. Ethics in America is ten, 1 hour programs originally airing in 1988 & 89. The Constitution is 13 episodes and broadcast on The Learning Channel in 1984. These were really excellent debates and discussions moderated well and populated by many people we are familiar with today, including a very young Rudy Giuliani and Barney Frank, as well as the late Peter Jennings and Antonin Scalia.
