The whole Kim thing (his determination to build a nuclear arsenal) has been a one-off thing, and sooner or later someone like Kim Jong Un was bound to come along. Now we need a different strategy to handle him. Blustering threats are NOT the way, but only escalate the danger Actually making that threat good would be a world-wide disaster. Surely Kim knows he could have his people wiped off the face of the earth, but is too immature to resist twisting the lion's tail.
