I've found a tiny bit of hope in that David Brooks has as little hope for the GOP and the Donald as I do.

David Brooks has really changed from his "all liberals are tofu-eating, yoga-posturing, Volvo-driving elitists" shtick.

It may work for Hannity's viewers for Hannity to go whole Trump, but an Establishment type like Brooks has to preserve some credibility to escape the Party he helped to get to this point.

The Republican Party went this direction to preserve their power and influence, and gain the WH, without looking to where it would lead. The Tea Party was the first Frankenstein that has turned on the Establishment Republicans, this monster is even worse. David Frum has had to do the same as Brooks.

They deserve their share of the blame for the situation we are in now!
