A Main Takeaway of this video is that Congress must act to require that Trump, or any President, should not be able to launch nuclear weapons without the approval of the Congress, ie a Congressional Declaration of War, combined with the concurrent approval of the Secretary of Defense and the Secretary of State. This would take the nuclear authority out of the hands of one person, the President, and make it a collaborative and deliberative act between both the Congress and the Executive Branch.

Right now, Trump as President could unilaterally choose to launch nukes within minutes, at North Korea or some other Enemy. This is too much power to be put into the hands of a sane President, much less one with Trump's malignant psyche. We need a system of safeguards to prevent this sort of possibility. Congress must act, and we as citizens should be pushing hard for this form of protection. This is a real potential threat that needs to be safeguarded against.
