1. It's a dilemma: Should we boycott Keurig because they continue to advertise on other Fox News shows?

8. true, they shouldn't stop with hannity. and all rw radio advertisers should be

pressured and boycotted until they quit what is clearly a partisan propaganda operation that routinely uses racism, sexism, and lying to undermine democracy.

30. Also because they're disastrous for the environment

Lots of plastic production, lots of waste. I applaud them for not advertising with Hannity, but they're not doing the Earth any favours, and I still wouldn't recommend buying one.

48. I have a reusable metal cup you fill with regular coffee & use in the Keurig.

So no plastic waste. Seems to me that it saves energy, too, as I'm the only one in my household who drinks coffee or hot tea, so good to just heat enough water for a cup at a time.

2. more than that, it spreads the name and the keurig concept to people

who've never heard of it, with the aded plus that they are 'taking a stand' against child molestation!

good on keurig

4. And, people not using Keurigs means fewer plastic cups in landfills. Because there's no way the

average Fox news watcher cares enough about the environment to seek out and pay more for biodegradable Kcups.

with a toaster once. Took a sledge hammer to it because I'd gotten tired of it wasting my bread.

As for the idiots smashing their Keurigs - maybe they should buy a Covfefe maker!

35. I bought one of the early Cofefe models...but it leaked too much

and left me feeling empty and depressed. And it came with instructions about cleaning with a "golden shower," I thought that was odd. I am still trying to return it but am getting pushback from its Russian manufacturer.

9. How soon cons forget

Starbucks Verismo is actually pretty good, better than Keurig. Limited coffee options, but good with what it does.
(Sauce: coffee snob owning, under duress, two Keurigs & one Verismo.)

I use an old Starbucks Barista espresso maker or ... depending on my mood.

10. one way to destroy fox and rw radio, which fox depends on

advertisers will leave those republican think tank propaganda operations in droves if our universities and pro sports teams were pushed to start looking for apolitical alternatives.

there are hundreds of publicly funded schools, including these 88 major universities, endorsing hundreds of rw radio stations.

all it would take is a few schools doing the right thing to cause all RW radio and fox advertisers to rethink those associations. for them to keep supporting those rw radio stations should be unacceptable to all americans who aren't trump and moore supporters.

What would be the next "logical" step for irate Hannity fans and Moore supporters? Don't list the house for sale and blow it up instead?

That Hannity would support or promote boycotting companies that pull out. Why would any company join that time slot knowing this is a potential result?

14. Conservatives are the types who would buy Keurig machines anyway

Liberals would avoid wasting money on stuff that creates so much waste for landfills.

Liberals with low income would buy drip machines. Elitist snobs like me would buy whole beans for my grinder and make espresso or french press.

If the French had made cheap Bourbon and Moonshine instead, then it might have made some sense.

26. I've posted this a couple of times already, but it still makes me smile

Early Bloom County strips had a character named Otis Oracle, who was the Moral Majority's field scout for Bloom County. In one storyline he led a book and record burning so he and his followers went to the local record store to buy some salacious material with Otis asking the clerk about Blondie - something like...
Otis: Ah, Blondie. Is she laden with moral turpitude?
Clerk: Moral...?
Otis: Turpitude. Is she laden with it?
Clerk: I don't know, man, but she is one wicked chick!
Otis: Super! We'll take 30 dozen!

Recall also that during the Iraq War when France wouldn't support us on our illegal invasion, conservatives were going to liquor stores to buy French wine for the express purpose of pouring it out onto the ground during protests.

40. I boycotted them because they make shitty, overpriced coffee

I can understand having them in an office. One person likes dark roast, another light, still another wants decaf. But why anyone would want one at home is beyond me. Buying the pods is like spending $30 on a pound of coffee.
