Actually, Bush I was fascinated with the cash registers and scanners, like it was the first time he had seen such things.

I remember Johnny Carson joking that Day Quayle was on the shopping trip, too. He was jumping up and down in front of the automatic doors, making them open and close.

And the teacher I drive to school with is Mormon, but is basically what is called a "jack" Mormon, and is VERY cool. She drinks Diet Coke all the time, so I asked her once about the "Coke vs. Pepsi" thing, because supposedly it's OK to drink the products of one but not the other. I had thought they were only supposed to drink Coke products...something about the church's ownership of a sugar company. She told me the whole C vs. P thing was not "doctrine", and she drank Coke because she preferred the taste...the doctrine is they were not supposed to drink anything with a "stimulant" effect, so yes, coffee, tea, & caffeinated drinks are out. However, to quote her, "Now the wine I drink...that's against "doctrine"!

Bless his heart, he is as dumb as a log. And has anyone noticed that his accent is slowly "southernizing"? It's not the over the top, bullshit accent of dubya, the kennebunkport Texan. Any Texan knew he was faking and hadn't even paid good money for a voice coach. I'm kind of surprised to here 1%er trying to put on a southern accent. He's more subtle, but being born in Mexico doesn't entitle one to pick up a southern accent and other than living in the southern states for a substantial amount of time, nothing does.

I lived in the south most of my life. I finally escaped. But, I don't pick up accents so no one can ever guess where I'm from. I kinda like it that way. But I can channel Molly Ivins when the need arises and it does arise, bless it's heart.

His groceries?. The answer is below

A Debit card? Nah........doesn't! Rember his pin #

B Credit card? Nope.....has to show ID

C Check?. Nah......takes too long and too inconvienent

D Cash? Maybe. But the Secret Service fronted the money

The real question is did he check his balance to see if he could afford the purchases like most of us do? I!m guessing not..

The real answer is E. Open purchase order to Bain
