Math is quicker if done left to right.
Multiply the tens then the 1's add together.

20x6 - 3x6 = 102

From the second grade I've rounded to the nearest ten then either added or subtracted based on which direction I went.

But then, my Dad couldn't get me bus fare to make it anywhere near Wharton (or any school in California).

96? 94? Does he have a clue what the product of 7x6 is? Or for Trumps does it also depend on what the definition of is, is?

It's tough when put on the spot like that but it's doable.

MBA math is mostly done in spreadsheets and formulas.

6*10=60. 6*7=42. 60+42=102
