1. I have complicated feelings about these sorts of stories

I understand that this is the only way that some people can relate, when someone like them also experiences the same sort of mistreatment. But women don't need this sort of thing to validate their experiences. Those experiences are already valid.

It's the same with gay men. Straight men in media are all the time trying to look into the "gay experience" to understand and validate. Nico Hines did a horrible piece of sensationalistic "journalism" about gay hookup apps at the Rio Olympics, endangering the lives of several gay athletes in the process. Please don't come into our space and make a mess, we have to live here. Here's the same sort of story as the video posted, but for gay men:

2. They made a similar film in France where a couple did role reversals

and it was very interesting. They should do this in the US too. Maybe they could get a female boss to act like Harvey Weinstein and harass males who want a job.
