This meeting confirms it. He claims one thing then says the opposite, He says he'll be leading this immigration plan , when he doesn't even know it, and then says he'll defer to Congress and sign what they come up with, then claims the opposite. He's says he'll agree to no wall, then says he won't. This guy is nuts, and won't commit because he doesn't understand what he's committing to. He is lost on this, and everything else he's involved in. The GOP will pay dearly allowing someone this incompetent to remain in office.
