The only 'legal experts' he has on his show now are Greg Jarret (worst wig on TV outside of a revival tent), and Judge Jeanine 'Fish-face' Pirro.

Poor old Napolitano was Laura Ingraham's first guest for her new Fox TV show, and during her interview of him he let it slip that he got Ingraham her first job in law because he was DATING her at the time. Thus confessing to nepotism and corruption for both of their careers. He never got invited back.

And Hannity is sure never going to invite somebody who might accidentally say something true. He sticks to his comfort goats, Jarret, Pirro, Malkin, and 'Dr. Evil' Gorrrrrka.
