To the MBs on their 2018 induction into the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame!

Congratulations MB!

Yes also was finally inducted last year (or the year before?). Poor Chris Squires never even lived to see the day.

Yet so many flash in the pan bands have been inducted after only a few years of a a few pop or hip hop hits.

I have every sympathy for the decision by Mark Knopfler not to attend his band Dire Straight's induction. Its a joke how they run the place.

I was very saddened to learn of his passing earlier this year. His flute solo on this song -- a defining moment in progressive rock -- is still painful to hear and watch.

I've been a fan since 1971. Their admission to the Hall of Fame was long overdue.

Congrats to the band. I saw them live and thought that besides The Beatles this is just about the only band that both my dad and I loved.

featured in a rock band...there are way to few examples.

Ray was an awesome player. Interesting that he used an alternate fingering for F#/Gb. I find that mostly used by people that play Sax and Clarinet, since it is the primary fingering on those instruments.

Anyway...Congrats to the Moody Blues!
