Its like that was the main talking point they wanted to run with for that segment, how Mueller can't do it if congress won't impeach. But then Napolitano says he can, but the prosecution would have to be delayed until he steps out of office.

This makes it all the more imperative that Democrats win the House back. If Republicans retain control, they could refuse to impeach a President that has been indicted for crimes. And come 2020, it will be used as a rallying cry to keep their foul mouthed messiah in power, and keep Democrats out of power.
