In the video we see a man being condescending to a Woman.

The condescending man is Dominic Persampiere -- Mayor of a town in Central Florida called Oviedo.

Oviedo is the hometown of the University of Central Florida. UCF is the 2nd largest University in the USA.

The woman, Meagan Sladek, is a Council Member for the City of Oviedo.

First, he calls her a petulant child for speaking up about him trying to extend his term another year with some bullshit excuse about aligning it with the general election. Then he calls her Mommy because she objects about a trip the dude wants to take on taxpayers money to DC.

Well ... Councilwoman Sladek has decided to run for Mayor of Oviedo.
