it is a very real problem.

license to steal
courts don't do shit

i could buy a nice new car from what my wife spent on lawyers etc in new york and nevada trying to get some oversight into vulture guardians......

money wasted, no impact.....

theft, actual physical abuse, you name it....the courts don't care.
advice for someone being put in guardianship and you really don't trust the person?
swallow a bullet....you will suffer less and be happier
