4. Trump doesn't give a shit about human rights.

If he did he wouldn't be cozying up to other dictators around the world or taking the children of refugees away from their parents here in the United States and imprisoning them in wire cages. Trump wants the photo-op. He wants to be able to claim concessions regarding nuclear weapons even if, as is likely, Kim doesn't follow through with any agreement that they might make. Trump wants a Nobel Peace Prize (because Obama got one), and he'll sacrifice anything and anyone to get it - I sure hope the Nobel committee can see what he's doing.

5. Very true. But we can still talk about human rights.

 

Our country was founded by people who cared about human rights, and that we should never forget.

Still, you are right about Trump.
