That is what this is all about - to punish and to let immigrants know what will "happen" to them and their children if they dare come to our country under his watch....
He is letting the world know that there is a new Sherriff, Judge and Jury in town....and your are deemed guilty before you get here, punished once you are here....and taught a lesson you will never forget....that your babies and children are ripped from your arms when you get here and you will possibly never see them ever again....
