Nairobi is. Continent let alone country. Kinda limits its dogwhistle effectiveness if the target audience doesn't get the reference.

Its just silly. It could be in bear suits and called the Anchorage Trio.

I will admit the Percy Dovetails character bothers me a bit.

It was featured on his W.A.B.C. morning radio program, approx 1952.
