The chances of this happening are indeed rare, but there are exceptions to the common belief that all mules are sterile. The odds of this happening are in the thousands to one category. But, I am not correcting you and you are in general right about their inability to procreate.

It dehumanizes them. So some of the public, those susceptible to whistle calls, may be desensitized when you, say, incarcerate innocent children in cages.
