Grassley's Kavanaugh nomination hearing is out of order.

It's plain to see.

Giving Dems 40,000 pages to read on Kavanaugh the night before the nomination hearing makes Grassley lack decency, integrity. 102,000 unvetted documents still exist.

This fact alone makes his whole hearing OUT OF ORDER. It disallows senators to do their constitutional duty to review these documents under Article 2 Section 2 for advise and consent.

One man -- Bill Burck (representing witnesses in the Russia investigation -- Reince Priebus, Steve Bannon and Don McGahn) -- should never have gotten to decide which of the nominee's papers the nation's senators get to see, which is over 147,000 documents.

Grassley should be brought up on ethics charges. The minority senators are not obstructionists. The majority party is.

This process is unethically fast tracked after Obama's Merrick Garland did NOT EVEN GET A HEARING. SCOTUS nominations have been turned into political strategy.

Sixty-nine citizen observers were arrested on Thursday, a slight decrease from the 73 arrested on Wednesday and 70 arrested on Tuesday, according to figures released by the Capitol Police. In total, 212 people were arrested.

It's plain to see. This kangaroo hearing is designed to put this obviously ideologically-driven nominee as a lifetime judge on the Supreme Court. The nation's interests matter not.

The Democrats are valiantly trying every single thing to combat this planned and hideously dangerous and life-threatening-to-millions judicial travesty but bottom line, “the people” aren’t casting one single vote on this. Republicans are and they have the majority.

Republicans want this treacherous, arrogant man in. Republicans have been gleefully using the insane figurehead loonatic Cretin to get to this point. This is their ultimate wet dream. They are well aware he is totally out of his mind and will continue using him and his conman pony show to infect their hateful agenda on the nation. Taking us plummeting backward.

They will NOT do anything about the laws, the points of order, the protestations, the protestors, the arguments or the outrage of the people. They don’t give a crap how openly vile and corrupt they are shown time and again to be.

2. Grassley's behavior

Questionable now, and perhaps his past has been compromised for his loyalty now, and like many others have to bow down to their wishes or else. I suspect someone will uncover what they have on him for him to perform like a trained seal now, and promote a corrupted person like kavannaugh for self protections, and protections for trump, putin , and russian mafia bosses. And to fire Mueller. Someone will expose him and many others, and its just a matter of time they find out what.

Kavanaugh on the court will be disastrous. He is as far to the reich as I have seen any justice. It won't just be women and minorities who suffer because of him, he has ruled against working men and women of any color 87% of the time.

I don't doubt that Kavanaugh pledged his allegiance to Trump, but if it can't be proven we are all screwed.

The Founders never envisioned that the leaders of a majority party would be so evil.
