I'm guessing NOT that he's being blackmailed. I'm guessing Trump has promised him a big reward for a full-out, strong defense of him and his presidency. Enough money that Lindsey Graham would be set for life and enjoy a lifestyle he can only dream about now. Like what Trump did for Michael Cohen. That would explain Graham's gusto and the sudden turnabout from his prior statements about Trump.

I don't know. But something happened. Either Graham was being insincere before, or he's being insincere now.
