I liked the first rule for life. "Stand up straight with your shoulders back!" I was all for that.

Then it got pretty thick with the Old Testament and the gender roles.

Fun fact: He touts an "all meat" diet. Bleee!

8. I accidentally read his book, too! That one rule that says "get out of bed, clean up your place,

get some clothes on and go do something useful" seemed like a great piece of advice for a lot of his followers, who so often seem to be living in the basement of their mom's house. As I read further, like you I found a lot of the dumb gender role stuff and thought a whole lot less of the guy.

7. Funny, I happened upon one of his You tube videos the other day.

Didn't know anything about him so I listened for a while, UNTIL... He made a statement that although Donald Trumps's IQ has fallen, like many of us, with age - that none the less, he thought Trump was a very intelligent man. That is when I turned it off.
