Andrew Napolitano Just Gave Up His Supreme Court Appointment To Jeanine Pirro. "Whitaker Not Legal"

I think Fox legal commentator, Judge Andrew Napolitano just handed his Supreme Court nomination to Jeanine Pirro. He actually went on Fux & Fiends this morning and said Trump's appointment of a giant dildo in a suit (aka 'Matt Whitaker') as the acting Attorney General is NOT LEGAL.

After the three dingleberries finished clutching their pearls, Napolitano explained that an acting Attorney General must be one of the following things:

1. The DEPUTY Attorney General (ie-Rosenstein)
2. Another employee of the Justice Department who has been confirmed by the Senate (ie-FBI Director Christopher Wray), or
3. Any old reactionary assclown who is appointed by the President when the Senate is NOT IN SESSION (which it still is--thank you Turtleface).

Look at the expressions on the faces of Doocy, Earhardt, and Kilmeade. You can just hear their thoughts as Napolitano is talking:

Doocy: Are you f--king KIDDING ME? I'm the one who's going to catch shit for not clearing what you were going to say before the show.

Earhardt: Can't they move that damned flower pot over? My thighs hurt from having to squeeze my legs together all the time in this stupid mini-dress they force me to wear.

Kilmead: I hope somebody can explain these words to me later. I'm so tired of not being able to follow these conversations...

3. That's what I was thinking. There are only two TV shows Trump is GUARANTEED to watch.

Fux and Friends, and Hannity. Hannity makes 100% sure that he has nothing but total sycophants on his show. Fux and Friends sometimes screws up, and has somebody that actually tell the truth. It's rare, but it's worth watching when it happens.
