Is Avenatti being Frankened?

[link:

|

I have ambivalent feelings about Michael Avenatti. But he's a fighter, and we could use a few more fighters.

I believe the right has a very smart tactic in dealing with our fighters, our alpha leaders. They go after them hammer and tong. They do whatever they have to do to take them out. But they leave the back benchers alone. The back benchers collect their perks, and keep their heads down. They take up space and they don't make trouble. And that's the kind of opposition you want if you're a Republican.

We get so anxious to show that we're better than them that we can be too quick and too willing to throw our leaders under the bus, like Al Franken.

Like him or not, let's not be too quick to shovel dirt on Avenatti's political career. The man knows how to take the fight to the... opposing party.

2. Yes, I believe he is being "Frankened"....

...and unlike Franken, he is a vindictive son-of-a-bitch and a shark attorney. If this is a set-up by Jacob Wohl*, I'd advise the nefarious lad to move away... far away. Pass the popcorn...

6. Time will tell. If we learned anything from Al Franken, it is that we need to reserve judgement

UNTIL the facts are well established AND do not discount the possibility that such accusations COULD be a set-up by those who oppose them.

8. What is really weird also is that Trump Sr didn't jump on it

He is not exactly known for waiting for the evidence to come out. That seems odd, despite the fact that Jr had no problem jumping on it; but Jr is a miniature hatchet man for his old man anyhow.

Maybe I am wrong, but I am going to wait and see.

why not try it again? I am suspect of all the crap, just like this anti-Pelosi fringe, being orchestrated by a not so long ago Rethug recently turned Democrat woman, Kathleen Rice. It's just a never ending shitshow of lies, deceit and dirty tricks. We have to stop letting this sway us.
