IMO, he's jealous of McCain. I never liked McCain's politics, but he was a good person and a heroic vet. The war prisoner camp -- he took it like a man and did not look for or accept special treatment. They offered to release him because of who his dad was -- McCain refused the special treatment. Because of this refusal, there was a lot I could forgive about his polics even tho I did not agree with much he supported.

As a retired sailor, we honor our NAVY POWs. I served with Nels Tanner, who actually spent more time as a POW than McCain did. I stood in awe of him every day. He was an inspiration to me of towering strength and courage.
