enemy within. Nothing in the military code of ethics for leaders that suggests bragging about "War Crimes" is a measure of the man/woman. No wonder the General is appalled at how low his fellow Republicans have ventured. just my imo (In a time when speaking truth to power can end careers and future prospects, this is what passes for bravery.)
