4. This is fantastic!

Monet - what a landscape to work with! And all that smoking ...

Renoir - I didnít realize he was painting with such a handicap ... and also so much smoking.

Rodin - what a genius to be able to sculpt like that! He also looks good, no smoking.

Degas walking the streets ... and the women turning around to notice. Nice

11. I have watched this 4 times already.

What an incredible treasure. It brings tears to my eyes. The joy of being able to see those I have spent a lifetime admiring is just so emotional I cannot handle it! It touches my soul. Renoir's hands, so crippled up by what looks to be Rheumatoid Arthritis. I have that as well and it hurts so much that I have problems playing and mine is nothing like his. Look at the art he made even with that crippling disease! Rodin looks to have been a happy sort. Clever little looks. Wow, this is just so wonderful to watch.

14. They lived long lives, despite Monet and Renoir smoking like fiends...and did you notice

How much smoke one cigarette put out! But it didn't seem to bother anyone close to them.

Thanks. That was fascinating!

17. Thank you so much for this treasure!

I can't believe that I got to see this in my lifetime. I have to remark what beautiful photography this was, each frame was a portrait of a living person. This was an extremely gifted videographer in a nascent art. It was greatness filming greatness.

18. Fascinating.

I often forget these gentlemen lived in the "modern" era.

21. They never stopped working. Artists work until they die, never retire.

I love them all, Monet and Degas my favorites but then again every artist through the ages I love and admire, so much great talent.

But I had to mute the choice of background music. And put on some Steppenwolf
