5. He's still going to be tried on New York charges, no pardons available. And New York....

....is looking at Jared Kushner, so THAT is where he could turn on him.

If I was the NY prosecutor, I would consider delaying the trial until either after a pardon on the Federal crimes or it's obvious that trump isn't going to pardon him.

is the most humiliating thing that can happen to people like Manafort. He knows his enemies, the ones he ended up humiliating and ruining, are now quite happy seeing him dragged to the court in handcuffs and prison garb. He knows all those people he thought he was so superior to are laughing and jeering at him openly.

I hope his wife and kids are feeling pretty good watching him being the one who is humiliated now.
