A friend of mine who voted for trump told me, as the manifestations began to come, starting fairly soon after he “took” office, that she was “just going to remain hopeful.” Yeah, whatever you say, friend. I’m sure your doctor and your dentist and the grocery store and your utility company will be just fine taking your “hopeful” as payment for services or food. I’m sure you’ll be able to fill you car’s tank with “hopeful” when the gas gauge is on empty.

Now whenever the subject of trump comes up, she says she doesn’t want to talk about it.

It’s mighty hard to admit you were wrong. Even harder when it means you have to admit you’ve been HAD.

25. What gets me is the guy is PROUD of this. He struts out like some little peacock

and trumpets out the fact that if we vote Republican we will lose our healthcare and insurance companies will once again be allowed to cancel people with pre-existing conditions.

And, man, go on sites like the Hill, and the paid trolls are out in force. Lots of money lined up against any kind of public option.

Shareholder profits are at stake here, folks! And our lives are worth NOTHING in the face of that.
