"...I'd want (my daughters) to know that being a strong man includes being kind." (Applause) "That there's nothing weak about kindness and compassion. There's nothing weak about looking out for others. There's nothing weak about being honorable. You're not a sucker to have integrity, and to treat others with respect." (More applause)

5. I wept

I watched and I wept. I wept for the loss of a great man, for what he stood for and for what he accomplished. I wept for the loss of dignity, honor and courage that he brought to our country. I wept while watching for the personal loss this country has dealt with when the man delivering this excellent speech left us. I hope and I prey that someday, soon, we will have someone that will lead us in the capacity of both of these great men again. Thank you Mr. Cummings, thank you Mr. President.
