Archery will never be the same again. You just have to check this out, the genesis of this design.

1. I think when Diggle took over as Green Arrow, he was using a similar device. Someone on the show
must have seen this.
Brilliant and it will gain some following, but like sailing, some folks are in the sport for the tradition. |

10. Correct, it is just a sport and 95% or more just hit at non-live static targets
The one thing he doesn't explain in the video is how to change the cartridge.

9. I would venture to think that 95% of the people, if not more who use bow & arrows
use it for target practice, competition, and fun without ever killing anything. I know because I do it, and all the people I know who do it are in competitions shooting at targets, I don't know any who hunt, they are all shooting at static targets.
I understand this has a bigger potential, as a weapon, than regular bow&arrow, but I would doubt anyone who wants to do harm would change an AK-45 for a 6-arrow capacity weapon. When was the last time anyone heard of someone killing a person with a bow & arrow? The last time I heard that was that crazy veterinarian who killed her neighbour's cat. |

13. I've actually know of several homicides involving bows & arrows
One of them involved a guy who was turned for sale of a gun.

16. ever been to the cody wyo gun museum? that's an incredible monument to wasted creativity,
craftmanship, art, manufacturing, and engineering - all for killing things, for imposing certainty
i suppose it would stimulate advances in materials sciences and manufacture |

19. I always tell my kids that there is no limit to the creativity or expense people will go to to kill
one another.
I was considering what it took to get in a fight in the days of ancient Greece. Heck there was less than a billion people world wide, you had to pack things up, leave home for a while, march for days just to pick a fight with someone else. What a strange compulsion. |

21. Far less than a gun and the draw I suspect is probably lower power than a traditional arrow would be
if it does not have the same drawing power.

3. This German dude is having more fun than should be legal, LOL.
I enjoy watching good craftsmen of any sort doing well and enjoying their craft.
From his YouTube channel, it appears he's in Essen, Germany. For anyone wanting to see the items he's now producing, this is his website with all sorts of slingshots and mechanized bows: Link: https://gogun.de/ KY....... ![]() |

18. fantastic. another way he can make bucks without a patent is after someone else starts manufacturing
Last edited Sun Dec 1, 2019, 06:42 PM - Edit history (1) them he can make hand made high end versions, made in USA, especially if a chinese or US company takes the idea and leaves him out

20. Listen, when the Trumpkins or the next dick taters followers come to your town...
Looking for "libruls" to string up, I'm going to be a lot happier and my family safer than a lot of high minded, oh so principled dead people strung up in the city square.
That "we take the high road" attitude put Trump in office. I absolutely LOVE the Obama's, but nobody can be right all the time, and certainly not me. But, unfortunate as it is, I'm betting my life I'm right on this one |
