I seem to remember 2016 it was July 27 that said "Russia if you're listening", and here he is again on July 26 or 27 2019 in conversation with Ambassador Sondland confirminghis desire for Ukraine to announce an investigation of Joe Biden.

What's up with the coincidence of those dates? Midsummer Werewolf?

I doubt it's a coincidence, but as yet it's unexplained.
