Very Small Rocks !! At first it seems, they just mentioned stone as a not floating thing and he can't think of anything else ! Sooo he makes them Very Small and submits the answer/guess

This scene is the absolute best depiction of the Impeachment trial. He's guilty, and he's destroying the integrity of the next election. Most Americans have seen sufficient evidence on TV. So we have a trial. The fixed acquittal happens. After that, all our institutions and truth itself is a joke.

Then we are accused of being a witch and thrown in the pond. If we are drowned, then we were not a witch, if we swim to shore we are a witch and must burned at the stake.
