My city has a lot of microbreweries that were located in trashed neighborhoods. They locate there for the cheap real estate and are followed by more and more small retail operations which ultimately leads to urban renewal. Its quite amazing.

Then I go to You tube and begin watching the video program...
And I discover that my smartphone that is tethering the internet, my small laptop playing the program and in fact the internet itself were all created by people eons ago who wanted to have a regular source for BEER!
Damn, frickin', damn.
