2:30 "Biden And His Son Are STONE COLD CROOKED!" Press Ignores The Real Story: TRUMP IS NUTS!

Trump is correct about one thing. The press is crooked and fake. Crooked and fake because they refuse to cover the REAL story. The real story isn't about the number of ventilators, or phone calls to Ukraine. The real story is that THE PRESIDENT IS A NUTCASE, and they REFUSE TO SAY IT.

He talks to Biden today, and says he's "A very nice man." A few months ago he was screaming that Biden is 'STONE COLD CROOKED!'

Why is the "press" continuously ignoring the GIANT ORANGE ELEPHANT IN THE ROOM!?

There are people who are not paying enough attention to see it, they don't want to see it, or they are as child like in their minds as he is.

And that is Trump's game plan to to be reelected,

he will continue gaslighting Joe Biden just as he did Hillary clinton because none of the people supporting Trump care about what a lowlife piece of shit he is. It's all about keeping everyone else from voting for Joe Biden.

Its just a matter of throwing enough shot at joe to skunk him with 5-8% more, then let their voter suppression and whatever other fuckwittery get him over the finish line, same thing as w Hillary.

not know how to make an honest living, anytime anywhere. They are so used to grifting, and this presidency gig is the most lucrative of all. They are fighting to keep the orange turd in the WH, so their grifting can run on, unabated. Ivanka is suspected of taking millions from daddy's inaugural haul. He took in more money than anyone else ever has much of it from overseas, yet had the smallest (cheapest) celebration. Millions went missing, and SHE was in charge. Don Jr.'s girlfriend, and Eric's wife get paychecks from one of the RNC fundraisers. Why do they have to be paid by donor money? Don't the "boys" have their own money? I am amazed they do not charge the U.S. Treasury for their women. I wonder who pays Jr.'s child support, taxpayers?

The New York Times ran this opinion yesterday:

It was picked up by the Associated Press and ran in numerous papers and on multiple websites across the country, including places like Salt Lake City and Topeka.

"Since the early days of the Trump administration, an impassioned group of mental health professionals have warned the public about the president’s cramped and disordered mind, a darkened attic of fluttering bats. Their assessments have been controversial. The American Psychiatric Association’s code of ethics expressly forbids its members from diagnosing a public figure from afar.

"Enough is enough. As I’ve argued before, an in-person analysis of Donald J. Trump would not reveal any hidden depths — his internal sonar could barely fathom the bottom of a sink — and these are exceptional, urgent times. Back in October, George T. Conway III, the conservative lawyer and husband of Kellyanne, wrote a long, devastating essay for The Atlantic, noting that Trump has all the hallmarks of narcissistic personality disorder. That disorder was dangerous enough during times of prosperity, jeopardizing the moral and institutional foundations of our country."

The Atlantic magazine published this piece from George Conway:

"You don’t need to be a weatherman to know which way the wind blows, and you don’t need to be a mental-health professional to see that something’s very seriously off with Trump—particularly after nearly three years of watching his erratic and abnormal behavior in the White House. Questions about Trump’s psychological stability have mounted throughout his presidency. But those questions have been coming even more frequently amid a recent escalation in Trump’s bizarre behavior, as the pressures of his upcoming reelection campaign, a possibly deteriorating economy, and now a full-blown impeachment inquiry have mounted. And the questioners have included those who have worked most closely with him."

Your rhetoric about journalism is Trumpian in its breadth and depth. Be skeptical about journalists, sure, but try to avoid skepticism. Most of us get into the profession for altruistic reasons and stay that way throughout our careers. The few who don't get out, go into PR, or become "hosts" or "pundits."

The "press" is not fake or crooked.

emotional incompetence is NEWS, not editorial. At least it would be news if the press was actually doing it's job. But instead, they choose to be infotainment brokers, instead of journalists.

I never said it was the press's job to bring down Trump. But it is their self-proclaimed responsibility to report the most important stories of the day. And the most important story is not whether the President has a financial interest in hydroxychloroquine or not, and it's not whether he called the Governor of Michigan 'that woman' or not. The most important story of the day is the the heard of the federal government is insane. He's mentally and emotionally unfit for the job; and the press refuses to cover that story because they're afraid his cult followers will accuse them of having a political bias.

History will not be kind to Trump. That's a no-brainer. But it won't be kind to the early 21st Century press either.

The lede story is that there is a MAD MAN at the head of the federal government. Not whether he let the maintenance contract on ventilators expire or not. Not whether he has a financial interest in hydroxychloroquine pharmaceuticals or not. Not whether he included a signing statement on Congressional oversight in the pandemic rescue bill or not. Those are all journalistic comfort-zone stories that should be reserved for regular times with regular politicians. We passed the 'break glass in case of emergency' moment for journalism YEARS ago, and journalists are still fussing over Marie Antoinette's tennis courts. The lede story every day should be to highlight all the obvious signs of the President's mental decline.

My rhetoric is not Trumpian, because Trump (relying on 30 years of precedent) is claiming the press is biased against him, and other conservative (plutocrat) politicians. I'm saying the press has the same problem they've had for the last 40 years, which is the fear of being accused of being biased. They're so paralyzed by that fear that they either ignore the actual story, or play the false equivalency/both sides game.

The actual story is not "what happened to the quart of missing strawberries." It's "who but a madman would turn a ship upside down over a quart of missing strawberries?" Trump displays signs of mental illness every day, and the press ignores it because they believe it's either old news (and therefore bad ratings), or because they're afraid of losing their 'neutral arbiters of facts' corona. Something that only exists in journalism schools to begin with.
