OMG that was so funny. That show was wonderful.

6. MASH had answers for me. I was gung ho to join the navy and then after watching MASH, I

realized that John Wayne lied to me.

The times I've been in leadership, I've found I'm a Blake.

I use the colonels (and one major) as examples of leadership.
Potter = high competence, high authoritarian
Blake = high competence, low authoritarian
Flagg and Burns = low competence, high authoritarian


Awesome show and great way to compile it for now.
