1. The danger to the state of Israel

Is that they will have leaders who continue to starve the people of a decent lifestyle in order to opress the Palestinians. And yes, the Arab spring is a danger; it will show their own people that the government can be overturned.

2. Israel is not oppressing the Palestinians

The Palestinian people are oppressed by their own ideology and their own leadership. Israel made the desert bloom in 50 years. Tracts which were once desert are now lush green agricultural zones, made fertile by honest hard work and a little bit of socialist ingenuity (the kibbutzim). On the other hand the Palestinians own the Gaza Strip, some of the best coastal land in all of the middle east. They could have built tourist resorts up and down the coast and made millions. But what do they choose to do? Fire rockets into Israel.
