4. There is only one way to get thru to a cultist

And it is not at all guaranteed. Some dreadful tragic event or circumstance, like the death of a child, a tornado or fire, terminal cancer, a leg amputated -- something like that, which completely up-ends someone's world view can make them stop and re-evaluate what they think. Not guaranteed. Otherwise, a cultist dies with the mind that he has.

We Buddhists believe that when we die, the only thing that we take with us is our mind. All our beliefs, concepts, feelings, mental formations, opinions, craving, etc etc. And so, we get reborn with the propensity to repeat a life in samsara (suffering).

5. Perhaps with Kool Aid? In truth, some cults are broken up because they commit tax fraud or

commit other illegal acts (such as having 10 wives etc.) while being a 'cult', or die, like in Jonestown where over 900+ people died.

These cults were toxic. There are other 'cults' far more desirable to be in (and stay alive too while at it), such as the Beatles cult, etc.
