I reserve my confidence until Romney's knee deep in his own politcal incompetence however.

This is no time to let our collective feet of the gas.

DO NOT get complacent. They're gonna fight all the way to the polling places with an army of intimidators calling themselves "True the Vote." Funded by the koch brothers. We have to fight like there's no tomorrow. Because if this schmuck wins, we're ALL in trouble, INCLUDING the people who got suckered by him and were naive enough to believe what he said. ESPECIALLY them. And they're so pathetic that they won't even understand what hit them - Pox Noise will reassure them that it was all the fault of Obama and the Dems.

DO NOT GET COMPLACENT. YES, I'M SHOUTING!!!!! DO NOT GET COMPLACENT!!!!!!

We don't have this thing won yet.

That's part of the psy-ops game the other side is playing, too - trying to fuck with our heads and make us crazy and, they hope, discouraged - maybe it's no use, why bother, wrongney's got this in the bag, voter suppression, blah-blah-blah... Remember, as Rachel Maddow says in one of her MSNBC promos, "if you don't vote, YOU are fulfilling SOMEBODY ELSE'S plan."

Glad you're here. We need you.

Now get to work.

You know..I cringe actually when I hear pundits on television raving about how President Obama is ahead here, there and everywhere. I say to myself ...please do not get over confident. The other side plays dirty and I will not be complacent until election night results are official.

I have been telling everyone I know the true stand that President Obama takes on issues, comparing them to the "other side,"...have made sure everyone I know is registered and has a way to the polls, even if I have to drive them. My adult children are doing the same with co-workers and friends. Our Obama/Biden 2012 signs are on the lawn!

I absolutely love Rachel Maddow's show, watch it nightly and she is absolutely right. EVERYONE must vote.

Thanks for your response We have declared debate nights in our home as pizza nights!

15. But support is UP in the "rural areas of swing states"
Mon Sep 24, 2012, 06:49 PM
Sep 2012

or so they said on NPR today.

Romney is up 14% over Obama in RURAL AREAS of SWING STATES. But then the sad news for Rs they need at least this advantage in the boondocks to have a chance to offset the overwhelming advantage the Dems have in cities, and the split in the 'burbs.

I don't know - our 'burbs around Philadelphia aren't all that split anymore; formerly dark read, they've been getting bluer and bluer.
