It is deliberately raising false innuendo about another Senate member, and THAT may rise to the level of censure or even expulsion if he sticks to it. Schumer should call him on it. It Perdue make a public apology, it will take him down a peg or two further than he would like to be taken. I bet even a censure would be preferable to him, since it wouldn't come until after the election.

However, if I were Harris, I would mention that as VP, I would push for improvement money for Georgia schools, since one of their U.S. Senators has trouble pronouncing a name with just six letters in it. How can Georgians EVER expect him to tackle long, complicated words like "constitution?"
