A new climate state

Everybody familiar with the concept of basins of attraction in complex systems is getting creeped out by changes in earth's climate over the last 20 years.

Unfortunately, too many people out there still seem to think that either just plain adaptation will be enough(i.e. Rex Tillerson), or that we cannot adapt or mitigate the problem at hand. They may not be anywhere near the majority, but it's enough to be a problem.

It's common to think about the see Ice disappearing, but I never really thought about the way it has been progressively thinning and how storms effect that rate. This video was very interesting... and scary.
