I'm anxious to see what the courts have to say. Letitia James, AG of New York, had quite a bit to say about Trump before she was even elected - and this may have been the reason she was elected.

the country after the election reveals that he's sweating NY charges that he might not be able to duck.

The Teflon Donald's life is about to fall irrevocably apart, I hope.

I still remember how I felt back in 2008, seeing all those Democratic presidential hopefuls lined up on the stage, thinking (after Bush*/Cheney) "who would want the job now??!" But now??! Yikes! There is so much that has to be done/fixed/undone/reinstituted/apologized for (allies) that it boggles the mind - and it's likely going to take decades. So getting someone in charge who has decades of experience and knows experienced people/experts and has so many experienced friends and allies is the best start we can possibly hope for. But I still can't help feeling anxious. And I am counting on Letitia James to be as good as her word.

to move on positively, I expect. They've seen the wild ideological swings too many times not to be prepared. You're right about the value of calm experience.

Yeah, other matters, especially the upcoming slew of regressive measures that will be thrown at the Supreme Court, might never get straightened out.

Trumpsky will soon be like a heavily armored knight unhorsed... unable to defend himself from the sheer gravity.

We'll be smiling and whistling soon.
