That said the mail ins were done, so I guess just provisional votes are left (where the voter had to come back and prove they were eligible)

Any idea when that should be all finished? I thought we are passed all the dates for proving eligibility-

And, last I heard, they're still counting absentee and overseas ballots, but Biden is still ahead. He's still expanding his lead in Georgia and he's ahead by 20,000 votes in Arizona, not close enough for a recount.
