Biden Taps Ron Klain As Chief Of Staff.

Having been Chief of Staff to Al Gore and Joe Biden as Vice Presidents, Klain is probably the most qualified person in Washington to be a President's Chief of Staff. It's also pretty cool to see a Chief of Staff explaining how NOT to catch Covid-19. (No doubt, Mark Meadows will follow by explaining HOW to catch Covid-19 in what is supposed to be the safest building in the world.)

Klain became a pseudo-expert on viral epidemics when Obama tapped him to be the Ebola Virus Czar in 2014. He was an odd choice at the time. But, for those of you who don't remember, one of the main reasons Obama had to choose him was because the Republicans had (as usual) BLOCKED Obama's nomination for Surgeon General, who would normally have been a point person in controlling an epidemic.
