When it comes to putting their opponents in jail, they've never known evidence from hearsay because of their mental entrapment in "reality by consensus."

Today's federal judge had to give the exact same lesson to Trump's lawyers. Ari Melber showed the judge's Law 101 lesson. And of course they lost the suit.

And of course Giuliani's DOJ buddies wouldn't take Biden to court because they had nothing.
So now he wants the court of public opinion and will spend the next four years at it. Giuliani can't stupify a public with tough talk. All but 71 million know evidence and reality.
