(33,643 posts)You see, it's just not fair if their side can't win any elections cause there's just not enough assholes like them anymore.
In a two-party democracy, things have to be 'kept fair', both sides need to have an equal chance, you see?
And the option that immediately occurs to OUR side ... i.e. have positions and policies that more voters like so you can win FAIRLY ... that's just a bridge too far for them, you see? Why should they have to 'compromise', when there are viable options like 'let's just cheat instead' ... still available to them?
Hell, their voters like 'em even more when they cheat, lie & tell them bullshit fairy-tales to their face, suppress legal voting, mount insurrections to try to destroy our democracy, etc.
Their 'leaders' being willing to do these things (willing to do ANYTHING, really) to win elections is a respected virtue amongst the depraved knuckle-draggers of Cult45.

If this weren't such a serious issue, it would be laughable.
Yes, indeed. Why not try doing something good for citizens in order to get votes?
Hell no! Quicker, easier, and more fun to just cheat!
Why are these folks not in prison?
