1. Noor who was a rookie cop for 2 years got 12 1/2 years

He was a Somali-American who, frightened, discharged his weapon outside of his vehicle. His partner also drew his weapon.

You would think she would go away for just as long. Over 20 years experience as a trainer, and no justification to even use a taser let alone mistake a gun for a taser.
